Movie Nights In The D – Moana 2

Get ready for a fun-filled summer evening at Movie Nights in the D! Bring your family and friends to enjoy a variety of classic films on the big screen at our free outdoor movie series at Campus Martius Park. Grab a chair or blanket and settle in on the lawn for a relaxing night under the stars. Arrive by 6 pm to take part in exciting onsite activations before the movie kicks off at 7 pm. And don’t forget to grab some delicious popcorn from Jetta’s Popcorn while you enjoy the show! 

All of this year’s Movie Nights in the D will also feature ticket giveaways courtesy of The Detroit Zoo.

August 22 – Moana 2 | PG 

Moana 2” reunites Moana and Maui three years later for an expansive new voyage alongside a crew of unlikely seafarers. After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced.

For our grand finale of the season, be sure to join us ahead of the film for an exciting demonstration of Polynesian dances from Polynesian Dancers of Michigan, kicking off at 6 PM.
