Let’s Make Ice Cream with Churned!

If you’ve ever enjoyed our Chef’s Tasting menu, you know we NEVER skip out on the ice cream at the end of a meal. It is literally one of our favorite things to make and to eat. And it just so happens we were lucky enough to have the best of the best on our team churning out the coolest flavors since our inception.
While she’s since left us our #littlelocalbutchershop, Becca Graf, of Churned, still loves us (AND ICE CREAM!). She’s here to show us how to make the perfect base, build balanced flavors and the whens and wheres of churning to a proper consistency. You’ll start by making two bases (1 vegan, 1 custard) and then Becca will demonstrate a local fruit sorbet. Of course you’ll go home with all the fruits of your labor, as well as a bonus sorbet.
