Light Up For Rare – Rare Disease Day

The Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) is proud to support Rare Disease Day by joining the #LightUpforRare initiative, raising awareness for the more than 300 million people worldwide affected by over 7,000 rare diseases.
This year, a Global Chain of Lights will unite the rare disease community, with landmarks illuminated in pink, green, blue, and purple.
DDP will join with other community partners Downtown and make #CampusMartiusPark shine in solidarity from dusk to dawn, demonstrating our commitment to raising awareness and supporting those living with rare diseases.
