Join us in person for a class where baking and therapy meet! This event is all about giving your inner child permission to play and feel like you truly belong. This therapeutic baking class is designed to promote emotional wellness, social connection, and the exploration of your inner child, giving them the love and care they need…one sugar cookie at a time!

Get your hands doughy, enjoy some laughs, introspection, and connect with others in a welcoming space.

All guests leave with tools to awaken their inner child, resources and the opportunity for a free 30 min therapy session…and of course cookies!
