Join Nest on Friday, September 22nd for an engaging discussion on ways to best support makers and craftspeople to ensure their continued growth and success. This roundtable discussion will focus on the importance of investing in Detroit’s dynamic maker ecosystem and creating more opportunities for maker-entrepreneurs. Panelists—which will include stakeholders in the maker ecosystem and local Detroit makers—will discuss topics related to small business development, access to capital, and income-generation opportunities. Hear more about the challenges they experience—and pathways to potential solutions. Attendees will be encouraged to participate in an open Q&A at the end.
