Murals in Islandview kicks off on Tuesday\, September 26th\, with over a dozen activations and will crescendo on Saturday\, September 30th with the official closing party for Design Core’s Month of Design (@designcoredet). \nThis initiative along with Murals in the Market and Small Business Mural Project continues a nearly decade of public art by the 1XRUN team. With the support of @dte_energy_official\, @gilbertfamilyfoundation and ITC\, @designcoredet\, @dbgdetroit\, @detroitHustlesHarder\, and @Paxhau\, this 2023 festival will bring a density of public art to Detroit’s Islandview neighborhood! \nMurals in Islandview 2023 Schedule.
