Williams is a yoga guide and founder of wellness brand Indie Spirit. She has over a decade of experience who is passionate about social justice\, inspiring creativity\, and healing.  Indie Spirit curates transformational wellness experiences that invite soulful exploration\, radical self-care\, and elevated community connection. \nWilliams has spent years practicing yoga instruction in the Detroit community throughout various recreation centers\, studios\, and college campuses.
