DESCRIPTION:Get ready to groove under the stars with the popular Mega 80’s band at Beacon Park Music and Markets\, where good vibes and great tunes collide! \nThis lively event series features a vibrant open-air market featuring a variety of specialty goods from local makers and vendors. During the August installation of the event\, we will feature the popular Mega 80’s band. Additionally we will have a variety of food trucks available on site. \nWe will also host hustle and line dancing sets during the event with the N’Namdi Movement Center along with instructor Maurice Adams. \nPlus\, sports fans can catch the action on our large LED screens\, so you won’t miss a game while browsing unique gift options\, sipping a craft beverage from Lumen Detroit or dancing the summer night away. \n  \nJoin us before the event for Hustle and Line Dancing from 5 – 6 p.m. \nDancing: Beginner and Intermediate hustle and line dancing by the N’Namdi Movement Center with instructor Maurice Adams \nDetails: Move\, groove and dance your way through the weekend. Learn the basics of non-partner dance styles like hustle\, line dancing and ballroom with an experienced instructor in a beautiful outdoor space. Open to beginners and more experienced dancers. \nWe recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move in\, packing a bottle to fill at the water station and wearing sun protection. \nThis class is FREE and OPEN to the public.
