DESCRIPTION:Sweat and move your way into your weekend during our outdoor fitness sessions with the Boll Family YMCA. Join us for adult-focused (but family-friendly) sessions in an open-air setting in the heart of the city! \n\n\n\nClass Schedule: Saturdays\, June 20\, July 18\, Aug. 15 and Sept. 12 \nTime: 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m \n****Pre- registration is requested\, and the sessions are open to participants aged 12+. \n\nJune 20 – Total Body Strength with Colin\nJuly 18 – Yoga with Janet\nAugust 15 – Dance with Nadia\nSeptember 12 – Tai-Chi with Vernice\n\n  \nThis event is Free\, and everyone is welcome! The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit strengthens communities through youth development\, healthy living\, and social responsibility. Open to beginners and more experienced dancers.\n\nWe suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move in\, a bottle for filling at the water station and sun protection.\n\nThis class is FREE and OPEN to the public. Space will be limited based on park capacity.\n\nThe N’Namdi Center for Contemporary Art presents diverse\, multi-disciplinary and engaging art experiences. It serves to promote and perpetuate the cultural legacy of African-American and African diasporic art\, along with art from diverse cultures.
