The Meet\, Mix & Mingle Open House will immediately follow. \n6 – 8 p.m. | Meet\, Mix & Mingle Open House \nMix and mingle with the Top 10 semifinalists\, and learn about their businesses. DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Life Remodeled\, Design Core Detroit is celebrating fashion and accessories on Thursday\, April 6th at Durfee Innovation Society from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. \nLife Remodeled has repurposed the former Durfee Elementary-Middle school building into the “Durfee Innovation Society\,” which is a hub of opportunity for children\, students and adults. They created a dynamic environment for the best and brightest nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies to move in\, share resources and achieve greater collective impact. In partnership with students and community leaders\, their tenants focus on educational outcomes\, workforce gaps\, entrepreneurism and human services. \nAttendees will be able to tour the building and learn more about their programs.
