It is literally one of our favorite things to make and to eat. And it just so happens we were lucky enough to have the best of the best on our team churning out the coolest flavors since our inception. \nWhile she’s since left us our #littlelocalbutchershop\, Becca Graf\, of Churned\, still loves us (AND ICE CREAM!). She’s here to show us how to make the perfect base\, build balanced flavors and the whens and wheres of churning to a proper consistency. You’ll start by making two bases (1 vegan\, 1 custard) and then Becca will demonstrate a local fruit sorbet.
