Beacon Park’s operating hours are from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily. \nInspired by the sky\, Horizon’s three unique visuals\, provide an opportunity to rediscover the enchantment of solitude and reflection. Each unit’s rhythmic rocking chairs trigger an immersive light and sound experience\, accentuated by natural-themed music. The use of wooden materials\, blue-tinted lighting and soundscapes\, crafts harmonious\, nature-inspired spaces. \nSunlight during the day and pulsating lights at night lend to delightful visual effects and a magical atmosphere. Emerging from Horizon\, users will feel reenergized and peaceful\, eager to share this newfound tranquility with the community. \n  \nABOUT THE ARTIST \nOlivier Landreville\, the visionary behind Horizon\, is a highly regarded artist celebrated for his versatility and prolific work spanning across theater\, television\, opera\, circus and dance. You can also delight in delicious food and drinks from local vendors\, check out DTE’s Energy Den and EV Garage\, and soak up the excitement of the Draft festivities while relaxing away from the crowds in the heart of Downtown. \n  \nDRAFT DAY IN THE D EVENT HOURS\nDraft Day in the D will run from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Thursday\, April 25 and noon – 8 p.m. on Friday\, April 26 and Saturday\, April 27. \nEVENT MAP\n \n\nGuest Code of Conduct for DDP’s Draft Day in the D\n\nGuests will be treated in a consistent\, professional and courteous manner by all park personnel.\nGuests will enjoy all event experiences free from disruptive behavior\, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures.\nGuests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired\, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.\nObscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.\nGuests will comply with requests from park staff regarding park operations and emergency response procedures.\nGuests may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity on property.\n\nPROHIBITED ITEMS:\nWhile fun and smiles are highly encouraged\, Security screening in and around the Draft Day in the D event spaces will be significantly heightened. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry.
