Students will learn how to prepare Honey Sesame Chicken\, featuring crispy chicken coated in a sweet and savory sesame glaze. The class also covers making Lucky Lo Mein Noodles\, teaching the basics of stir-frying noodles with vegetables and flavorful sauces. Participants will practice wok cooking while preparing Wok Fried Rice\, focusing on proper heat control and seasoning. To finish\, the class includes baking Chinese Almond Cookies\, a light and crisp dessert with a delicate almond flavor.
